To streamline operations and offer better service to clients, officials at Russell & Jeffcoat Real Estate have consolidated the company's offices in northeast Columbia, South Carolina.
“We are looking forward to 2016 and all the progress the real estate industry and our company will continue to make," Ron Roe, Russell & Jeffcoat Real Estate's CEO, said. "Change is a part of life, but it is how we respond to change that determines how great the outcome can be. As the CEO of Russell & Jeffcoat I’m determined to support and assist our agents — it’s my job."
As part of the move, the agents from the firm's Pontiac location will now be based in other Russell & Jeffcoat offices.
Another recent change in the company happened at Russell & Jeffcoat's Irmo office, where Tiffany Smith announced she would be stepping down as Broker in Charge (BIC).
Smith's tenure as BIC of the Irmo location was successful. Under her leadership the office's sales rose 18 percent, while the number of listings went up by 26 percent. Smith will be succeeded by Lynwood Munsey, who previously worked out of the firm's Pontiac office.
Smith said she plans to stay with the company, where she will now put her time and effort into selling and listing properties.
As 2015 ended, Russell & Jeffcoat was the top real estate company in the Columbia market.
