C. Clifford Rollins has been named a shareholder at Columbia, South Carolina-based law firm Richardson Plowden & Robinson.
Employed by the firm since 2003, Rollins earned his bachelor's degree in 1986 from the University of South Carolina and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the USC School of Law in 1999.
Today, his law practice specialties are employment law and construction litigation.
“Cliff is a hard-working attorney who is dedicated to his practice,” Frank Smith, managing shareholder at Richardson Plowden, said. “He is truly an asset to our firm, and we look forward to his professional growth as a shareholder.”
In addition to law, Rollins' work history include time in construction, as a police officer and a stint with the U.S. Army.
Before coming to Richardson Plowden, Rollins worked as an independent attorney in Saluda, South Carolina, his hometown. His law career also included time as a special DUI prosecutor and deputy general counsel and interim general counsel for the South Carolina Department of Public Safety.
Outside the courtroom, Rollins is active with the South Carolina Bar and the Richland County Bar Association.
