Four new agents join Mount Pleasant's Carolina One offices

Four new agents recently joined the team at Carolina One Real Estate in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.


Four new agents recently joined the team at Carolina One Real Estate in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.

New faces at the Coleman Boulevard office will be Debra Kerr and Sean Michael McFalls. New agents Catherine Stokes and Barbara Gay Southworth will be based at the Mount Pleasant North office.

Kerr, who has worked in the education, television news and print news fields, earned a master's degree in communications from Marist College in New York state. She went on to get her master's degree in education from Dowling College, also in New York. She has resided in Charleston, South Carolina for the past decade.

McFalls is a native of Agana, Mariana Islands, Guam. He relocated to Charleston 11 years ago, attending UNC Asheville. Before coming to Carolina One, he worked for Republic National Distributing and Advintage Distributors in the wholesale beer, wine and liquor industry.

Stokes holds a degree in business administration from the University of South Carolina.

She hails from Spartansburg, South Carolina, where she previously owned and operated a Pilates studio. She also owned a studio in Mount Pleasant.

After two decades away, Southworth is returning to Charleston to pursue a career in real estate. She earned a degree from USC School of Law in Columbia, South Carolina and also served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force. Before coming back to South Carolina, she worked as a lawyer with the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania firm of Miller, Alfano and Rasparti and a sailing instructor in Hawaii.

Carolina One operates 11 offices as well as a full-service mortgage division.
