On Tuesday, Jan. 19, the Columbia, South Carolina chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA) will welcome Russ Klein, AMA's national CEO as a guest speaker for its monthly meeting.
“We are honored to welcome Russ Klein as our speaker for the January AMA Columbia chapter meeting,” Jeff Rehling, founder of the AMA Columbia chapter and marketing lecturer at the Darla Moore School of Business, said. “Mr. Klein brings years of expertise with some of the world’s top brand names. Our members and anyone else in attendance should expect a very valuable presentation.”
In addition to leading the AMA, Klein has also headed marketing teams at such corporations as Arby's, Burger King, 7-Eleven and Dr. Pepper/7-Up. He was educated at Harvard Business School, where he attended the advanced management program.
The meeting will take place at the Darla Moore School of Business, 1014 Greene St., Auditorium 101, Columbia, and will run from 5:30 p.m to 7:30 p.m. AMA Columbia members will be admitted free of charge; entrance free for non-members is $20.
