Sheri Williamson promoted to head of STV's Georgia and South Carolina operations

Licensed professional engineer Sheri Williamson brings her quarter-century of experience to her new role as head of STV's Georgia and South Carolina operations.

Licensed professional engineer Sheri Williamson brings her quarter-century of experience to her new role as head of STV's Georgia and South Carolina operations.

STV is a leading provider of engineering, planning and construction management services that specializes in transportation and building projects. Williamson came to STV in 2010, and during her tenure has headed several large roadway design projects, most notbly the Fort Mill Southern Bypass in York County, South Carolina.

She earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Richard Capps Jr., said. “We’re confident in her all-around capabilities, not just from a business development perspective, but also from the standpoint of her strong technical skills and financial acumen.”

Williamson's in-progress projects include the design of the widening of a 17-mile section of SR 85 in Georgia’s Fayette and Coweta counties.
