The swearing-in ceremony for Charleston, South Carolina Mayor-Elect John Tecklenberg has been set for Jan. 11.

The ceremony will begin at noon and will take place on the steps of Charleston's City Hall. From 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. there will be a concert at the Gaillard Performance Hall followed by a reception at the Gaillard Grand Ballroom. Tickets are $25 plus an 8 percent fee charge.

Anita Zucker, a Charleston business professional, and Wilbur E. John, attorney and managing partner of Charleston law firm Young Clement Rivers LLP, co-chaired the Charleston Inaugural Committee.
