Sebastian Steadman, who has been named as one of Charleston Regional Business Journal's "Forty Under 40," has joined the Knowledge Capital Group (KCG) team, a boutique consulting firm, as a consultant.
Steadman, who holds degrees from the College of Charleston and Citadel Graduate College, will be based in the company's Charleston, South Carolina office. He has an extensive background in the areas of change management, strategic planning, process improvement and strategic communications, and comes to KCG from Booz Allen Hamilton, where he worked closely with senior executives on a number of projects.
Aside from his college degrees, Steadman has also been certified in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations, Six Sigma process improvement methodology, Microsoft Project IIL, and Certified Managed Change Practitioner through LaMarsh.
Also active in civic pursuits, Steadman founded Possibilities Without Borders, a charity organization that provides backing for college-level service projects to Africa and mentors students through the College of Charleston School of Business MBA Mentor Association and The Citadel School of Business Mentor Association.
