The Charleston Regional Development Alliance (CRDA) in Charleston, South Carolina recently put in place a Global Business Development Team.
"I’m proud to work with my colleagues, and I think you will be impressed by what you read and hear about our activities and missions in the coming months and years," Team VP Mike Graney said.
Becky Ford, who has resided in Charleston for more than 20 years and has been with the CRDA for five years, is the team's senior director. She has secured two major projects for the CRDA, Senior Aerospace and Impresa.
The team's second director is Jenna Edwards, who came to the CRDA in August after working in Washington, D.C. as a consultant for aerospace and defense industry clients. In her new role, she will be tasked with developing a portfolio of prospects in various industries. She has already traveled as a CRDA representative to New York, Chicago, southern California and Germany.
Katie Holba is the CRDA team's coordinator. She has been with the alliance since July, joining after she completed work on her masters degree in economics from Clemson University. In her position as coordinator, she will take representatives from companies all over the world around Charleston. She also works on the alliances's business development initiatives.
Jacki Renegar serves as the team's research analyst. Prior to coming to the CRDA, she worked at the Center for Business Research. She continues to work there part-time, spending the other half of her day working for the CRDA.
