Columbia, South Carolina's City Center Partnership (CCP), a non-profit agency focused on keeping the city clean and safe for its businesses and residents, has a new vice president of recruitment, Jenna Bridgers.
CCP's focus is on the areas of Gervais, Elmwood, Assembly, and Marion streets.
“We are very pleased to have Jenna join our team,” Matt Kennell, CCP's president and CEO, said. “She was selected from a group of very qualified candidates. Ultimately her experience, energetic personality, and business relationships in Columbia are a major asset to our organization.”
Bridgers comes to the CCP from Mungo Construction, where she served a a project coordinator. She graduated from Wofford College and was part of Leadership Columbia's Class of 2013.
Her background included multiple duties. At Mungo, she was responsible for assisting the company's president with government contracts and revitalization projects. She also assisted with project financing.
Bridgers is also a former business owner, having been the proprietor of Columbia-based national franchise Above Grade Level, a tutoring company. In that role, she recruited and trained tutors as well as maintaining client relationships.
