SCDOT debris pickup continues in four counties.

South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) contractors continued to pick up flooding debris in Dorchester County on Tuesday.

The cleanup occurred along Harrison in the Tranquil Estates neighborhood and the Summerwood subdivision; in Lexington County in the Pine Glen and Coldstream subdivisions; in Richland County in the Arcadia Lakes and Lower Richland areas; in Sumter County in the Tudor Place area south of US 378; in the Swan Lake area; and on Sassafras Drive.

Contractors will be coming back to gather more categorized items. Property owners are asked to download the chart at www.scdot-transfer.org for guidelines on how to separate debris for collection. Debris will only be collected by category -- not all at one time.
