The Center for Business Research (CBR), an arm of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, said Friday it is asking regional businesses to participate in its biannual Wage and Benefits Survey.
The survey will provide a snapshot of common wage and benefit practices in the Charleston region.
Collected data will focus on benefit plans and benchmarks, compensation practices and workforce challenges.
“The biannual survey, conducted since 1997, provides companies with a great tool for evaluating if their benefits and compensation practices align with others,” Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce Chief Advancement Officer Mary Graham said. “The results can assist in both recruiting and retaining employees.”
The survey can be completed online at www.charlestonchamber.net/2015-wages-benefits-survey/.
All participants who complete the survey will receive a free copy of the final report.
The Center for Business Research was launched in 1990 by the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce. It compiles, analyzes and distributes economic and demographic information on the Charleston region. For more information, call 843-577-2510.
