Three new sales associates based in the Charleston area recently joined the team at Ryland Homes.
The new hires were announced by Ryland Homes' Vice President of Sales and Marketing Gayle Jinks.
Kelly Gillette has more than 17 years of experience, having worked with several national homebuilding companies. She has received awards for sales, marketing and customer service. She is a Charleston Southern graduate and will be based in Ryland's Tupelo Forest office.
Barry Cunningham is Ryland Homes' new sales counselor of the Poplar Grove community. He was born and raised in Ontario, Canada, and went on to earn a doctor of chiropractic degree and ran a practice in Cincinnati for 15 years.
Nine years ago Cunningham and his wife moved to Charleston, where he began a real estate career.
Sarah Bellamy has been with Ryland for two years. She began as a sales assistant, and has been promoted to sales counselor.
According to Jinks, Bellamy has worked in four of Ryland's communities in the Charleston area. She has been trained by the company's experienced sales counselors. In her new job she will assist homebuyers at Ryland's community of Reminisce in Summerville.
