Several new staff members recently joined the staff at the Mount Pleasant, South Carolina location of landscape architecture and civil engineering firm SeamonWhiteside+ (SW+).
Sarah Hamblin is a project coordinator I in the company’s civil engineering department. She earned a Master of Engineering in civil engineering from the University of South Carolina and an undergraduate degree in agricultural engineering (structural emphasis) from the University of Georgia.
Hamblin has been living in Indiana, where she worked with Norfolk Southern Corp.
Andy Bajoczky is a project coordinator I/civil engineer at SW+. He is a Clemson University graduate. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering in 2001.
He previously was with Cranston Engineering Group, P.A.; FDH Engineering, Inc.; and the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
Paul Peeples is SW+'s newest project coordinator I/civil engineer. He is a recent graduate of Clemson University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering.
Before joining the company full time, Peeples was an engineering intern with SW+, where he worked on several commercial and retail development projects.
Ian Duncan has joined SW+ as a senior landscape architect in the company's Urban Edge Studio.
Duncan brings with him 16 years of experience as both a planner and landscape architect. At SW+ Urban Edge Studio, he will provide creative input during the design conceptualization process, producing illustrations and 3D modeling and managing projects through construction.
He earned a degree in environmental design from the University of Georgia as well as a degree in architecture from the University of Florida. Duncan came to SW+ from Seattle, where he worked on high-profile projects around the world for an international design firm.
