Cushman and Wakefield/Thalhimer said it recently sold a retail/flex property in Charleston.

The facility is located at 1005 St. Andrews Boulevard. The building, which measures 7,354 square feet on 0.84 acres, was purchased by Savannah Office, LLC, for $550,000 from James Randall Frisch et al.

John H. Tison of Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer brokered sale negotiations on the seller's behalf.

Thalhimer was first established in 1913. The company now has offices in Virginia Beach, Newport News, Richmond, Roanoke, Lynchburg and Fredericksburg, Virignia; Raleigh and Charlotte, North Carolina; and Greenville and Charleston, South Carolina.
