Wells Fargo Bank NA recently sold a 16.34-acre, multi-family tract of land in the Montebello community along Montebello Road in Greenville, South Carolina, just above North Pleasantburg Drive.


Wells Fargo Bank NA recently sold a 16.34-acre, multi-family tract of land in the Montebello community along Montebello Road in Greenville, South Carolina, just above North Pleasantburg Drive.

The tract was purchased by Paul Burket for $350,000. Charlie Whitmire of Greenville, South Carolina-based Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer handled negotiations on behalf of the seller. The land was purchased as an investment property for future residential development.

Thalhimer began operations in 1913 and has offices in Richmond, Newport News, Virginia Beach, Fredericksburg, Roanoke and Lynchburg, Virginia; Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina; and Charleston and Greenville, South Carolina.
