GoPremierOne.com, a real estate brokerage website offering current property search portals for customers in the Charleston area and South Carolina, recently unveiled an interactive property search map that shows buyers properties in different zones and offers information about travel and work connectivity, nearby schools and crime rates in specific areas.
Charleston Regional Development Alliance (CRDA) President and CEO David Ginn has been named one of North America's top 50 economic developers by site-selection consultants in a recent survey by Consultant Connect, a networking program for economic developers and site selectors, the alliance said this week.
Lexington County School District 1 administrators presented a proposal for funding the district’s 2015–2016 general fund operating budget Wednesday at a special workshop for the district’s board of trustees. In the workshop, administrators recommended a $228,984,170 general fund operating budget, which is approximately a 3.9 percent increase over the district's current operating budget for 2014–2015.
