Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer said on Thursday that the firm has been chosen to exclusively represent the mixed-use redevelopment project on the Judson Mill site. The property, on the outskirts of downtown Greenville, along highway 123, is expected to make a large impact on the downtown market. The property is near the business district and poses an opportunity for new retail development that caters to the local community.
Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer recently said that the firm’s 10 Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina offices completed 188 lease transactions in April. The April total involves approximately 1.5 million square feet and a transactional value of nearly $73 million. April sales included office, retail and industrial building and land transactions, for a year-to-date volume in excess of $638 million.

Charleston Southern University, the Citadel, Clemson University, the College of Charleston, Medical University of South Carolina, Trident Technical College and the University of South Carolina created the consortium.
