Charleston Leaders, a networking organization for Lowcountry business leaders, drew its largest crowd yet for its latest monthly Happy Hour, held last night at the Harbor Entrepreneur Center.
"We made some really cool connections and introductions yesterday," said Larry Collett, the organization's president. "Charleston Leaders is about individuals coming together to make a positive impact in our community through interactivity and engagement amongst leaders. Thank you again for helping us continue our vision."
The event was hosted by NetGalaxy Studios, of which Collett is president. Each Happy Hour is sponsored by a different Lowcountry organization or business.
In its mission statement, Charleston Leaders states that the speedy growth of Charleston means there is a need for leaders to connect to "make a positive community impact in the Charleston Metro area."
"Charleston Leaders creates and identifies opportunities for business within the broader business community," it further states. "Charleston Leaders creates unique opportunities to connect others with the right people to move their business forward."
