Greenville-based ScanSource Communications, providing technology solutions and services worldwide, has embarked on a collaborative venture with ShoreTel, also of Greenville, to amplify service and increase efficiency.
“The expanded relationship represents another milestone in our strategic transformation and establishes a consistent experience for ShoreTel channel partners,” ScanSource spokespersons said. “ShoreTel channel partners who currently buy premises-based unified communications products directly from ShoreTel will transition to procuring ShoreTel’s onsite solutions through ScanSource with a target effective date of July 1, 2017.”
ShoreTel will continue to market its branded ShoreTel Connect communications platform featuring quality services with options for cloud, onsite or hybrid formats. In addition, ShoreTel will maintain support for those partners distributing through ScanSource.
