The Factory at Garco Park opened today in Charleston’s Park Circle district.
The development is the result of successful collaboration between The Beach Co. and the city of North Charleston.
The community includes 271 assorted studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units, which are available to lease, according to an announcement. The property features a saltwater pool, fitness facility and spa, outdoor kitchen and recreation areas. Inside, the apartments boast 9-foot ceilings, upscale kitchens, ample storage space and internet connectivity.
“The Factory at Garco Park is an exciting addition to the Park Circle community and will serve as an attractive choice for both residents who enjoy lively shops, restaurants, pubs and music venues along East Montague as well as convenient access to major employers,” Kent Johnson, The Beach Co.’s vice president of development, said in the announcement.
Residents can choose from 10 floor plans and take advantage of options for socializing at the centrally located complex. The community also features commercial tenants in a nod to sustaining local business.
