A advisory issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has the Lowcountry abuzz over a possible visit from President Donald J. Trump to Boeing's facility in North Charleston, SC this Friday.
According to that FAA advisory, posted earlier today, pilots should “expect VIP movement February 17, 2017 in the vicinity of Charleston, SC.”
When contacted by the Post & Courier, Boeing declined to comment, but CNN Aviation Editor Jon Ostrower tweeted earlier today that CNN White House Correspondent Jeff Zeleny is reporting that the visit will, in fact, take place this Friday.
Ostrower notes that Trump would "be the first sitting president" to visit the facility.
