Colliers International recently announced that it has welcomed Carla Alvarado as a new brokerage assistant at its Charleston office, where she will offer marketing and administrative support.
Alvarado will work under Crystal Dickerson, the Charleston operations manager. Alvarado transfers from Carlsbad, California, where she was an administrative assistant with Colliers. She earned several recognitions for her service excellence with the commercial real estate company.
Alvarado brings over 15 years of office and administrative experience to the Charleston location. Before Colliers she worked in Encinitas, California with Landmark Capital Group Real Estate Services.

In 2015, the company’s total brokerage volume amounted to $574.75 million from more than 767 leasing and sales transactions. The company is the biggest commercial property manager in South Carolina. It serves as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
