RCB Development LLC recently finished a renovation in South Carolina’s North Charleston at 7410 Northside Dr., which was worth $1.8 million.
To complete the renovations, RCB changed the exterior as well as the interior of the building. Now the internal modern finishes emphasize the entry way, façade, common areas, and interior atrium lobby in the building. The new building has skylights throughout the atrium, featuring natural lighting. RCB also replaced the roof and installed new LED lighting. The HVAC system has also been updated to improve the energy efficiency of the building. Externally, the building has local plants and a parking lot that features 180 spaces for renters.
The new office facility is now open to tenants. It measures 70,000 square feet. In December 2015, RCB first acquired the property. It is nearby Ashley Phosphate Rd., off exit I-26. The building is conveniently located just half a mile from countless amenities, seven major hotels, and more, including accessibility to the North side.
There are now nine tenants renting the office building. Another 14,000 square feet is still available for rent.
RCB partnered with the Middleton Group, Trident Construction, and Cline Engineering to handle the project. Colliers International is leasing and managing the property.
