Two new members recently joined the management team at Frampton Construction Company LLC, which operates offices in Charleston, South Carolina and Charlotte, North Carolina.
Brian Carter is the company’s new superintendent, while Michael Mattaliano will serve as Frampton’s new quality control manager.
Carter comes to Frampton with experience gained from working at Choate Construction and Hitt Contracting. He attended Horry Georgetown Technical College, where he took courses in civil engineering, and has earned a 30-hour Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) card.
His duties will include maintaining quality control in Frampton’s field operations on multi-unit projects.
Presently, Carter is overseeing a major project, The Blake at Carnes Crossroads. In his capacity as superintendent, he is responsible for all subcontractor work on the job as well as making sure all work is done correctly and on-schedule.
Mattaliano’s resume includes stints as project manager for Diversified Construction and superintendent for Roy Anderson Construction. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida’s Northwood University.
