If you're thinking about selling your South Carolina home, there is a 13 percent better chance of getting traffic than there was last year.
According to the Realtor’s local showing service, ShowingTime, the number of showings this fall is up 13 percent over last year -- which means sales and prices increases are likely to be up as well. Year-to-date numbers also show that sales volume is around 16 percent ahead of where it was in 2014, and median home prices have increased by 4.8 percent in the Charleston region.
"All signs point to this fall being a seller’s market in Charleston," a release from the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce said. "With increased showing traffic, increased sales volume, and increased prices, it is a strong market to be selling your home."
