Regional IT services company EDTS recently welcomed new account executive John "Parker" Diabo to its team.
EDTS specializes in managed IT services, network security and advanced infrastructure for businesses throughout the Southeast.
Diabo is a native of Paintsville, Kentucky. He brings to EDTS more than eight years of professional experience in business development and client advisory roles, mainly in the healthcare technologies industry.
At EDTS, Diabo will focus on business development initiatives in the Midlands of South Carolina. He will be based in the Columbia, South Carolina, office.
"Parker is an experienced sales and client service professional with proven capability in helping clients select and optimize complex technology systems, and we welcome him as a member of the EDTS team,” EDTS CEO Charles Johnson said. “We are pleased that he has joined our growing family as we continue to seek the best talent available to serve our clients’ needs.”
Diabo's most recent job was at NOVADAQ Technologies in Kentucky, where he was a territory business manager. While at NOVADAQ he earned many honors, as he did at previous places of employment Devicor Medical Products and Boston Scientific Corp., for outstanding customer service and sales performance.
Diabo received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Georgetown College in Kentucky, then went on to earn a master's of business administration from Bellarmine University.
He is an active volunteer with the American Cancer Society, the Special Olympics and Lighthouse Ministries.
