Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Inc. recently opened the Grand Bohemian Hotel Charleston in South Carolina.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at the hotel, located in the historic district of Charleston, on Aug. 27.
The 50-room luxury hotel is situated amongst an array of local landmarks, shops and restaurants. It features 3,000 square feet of meeting and event space as well as a fitness center, an on-site Grand Bohemian Gallery, wine tasting room, a specialty coffee shop and a rooftop restaurant, Éleve.
The development of the property was a joint venture of Kessler Meeting Street and Xenia. Kessler Collection Management will manage the property.
