Cushman and Wakefield/Thalhimer said it recently sold a retail/flex property in Charleston.
The facility is located at 1005 St. Andrews Boulevard. The building, which measures 7,354 square feet on 0.84 acres, was purchased by Savannah Office, LLC, for $550,000 from James Randall Frisch et al.
